Crisis Management

Crisis within a Foundation or organization can seriously impact our ability to fundraise and threaten to break crucial relationships with our donors. We’ll cover the basics of how to prepare your development office for its next major, sudden or smoldering crisis as it pertains to fundraising. As a group we’ll swap successes, experiences and horror stories as well as discuss creative reactions and communications to different crisis scenarios and constituency groups.
